Schools in Division II are permitted to give financial assistance.

Tennessean high school sports coordinator Tom Kreager broke down the schools in each Division II classification given their listed enrollments. Schools that have just one gender have their enrollments doubled.

The TSSAA is scheduled to release Division I and Division II schools in their respective classifications on Monday. Schools have until Oct. 25 to decide if they will play up in a larger classification.

Schools listed in football are current programs that participate in the TSSAA’s postseason series.
